She's absolutely amazing and I'm praying to any God I can that she'll say yes! Ive gotten loads of advice from tons of people on how to approach it.I still don't know what to do. Should I be bold and just ask her outright? Or slip her a note asking to go for coffee sometime to get to know each other? I've heard it both ways and am still confused as hell! And should I ask her when I pay before I sit down and eat? Or save the awkward lunch (if she says no) and ask her before I leave? Please respond quickly! Time is a factor!!!

Having worked in a sandwich/coffee shop for a few years, the girls working (all college girls) got hit on all the time. Unless she's into you, you've got very little chance. She's in work mode.
The best approach I saw was when a guy would catch one of them out bussing a table or some other time when they were out in the lobby. It also depends on if it's busy in the shop. She might not have any time to even think about it depending on how busy they are.
I'd try talking to her when she's not working, or maybe on her way out the door. When people are working I've found them much less open to accepting the offer of a date.
