 A couple decades ago you might have had a chance with an on the street pickup, but now there are just too many dangers and most girls won't give you the time of day. You might want to see where the prety girls hang out and go there rather than just walking up to them on the street.

Or you could ask for the time, but asking for directions gives you more of a chance to talk and gauge their interest. If you know the area just find a girl you think is cute, and then ask her how to get to ____ but make sure it's a place you already know and is in the same direction that she's going. Then she might offer to just show you... if she likes you. Then hopefully it will go from there...The street isn't the best place to meet women, though... but I guess it is worth a shot.

 Well, no guys approach me cause I don't like them and they know it, but if they were to approach me I would like them to say the truth. Like, if your shy say your shy, some gils LOVE shy boys, and say stuff like i think your pretty and don't sound stupid, sound funny, so that she won't think your retarded. Ask her to go get some coffee and not the movies, just DON'T DO IT!!! And if she says no in a nice way say,"I'm not a bad person and I'm not crazy, I just wanna meet someone, so please!!!!!(some girls love it when you beg them)And so you know I'm not Bad and completely sane,(ask her for her phone take a picture of yourselve, and tell her to send it to all her friends and family and smile and say please over and over again)BUT if she doesn't like coffee think of something else and be a gentlemen.PEACE AND LOVE!!!!!!!!
