It could be that she is just noticing her friends attraction to you - maybe he acts differently with you then he did with past girlfriends and this girl is commenting on that. I wouldn't take it to mean that he's head over heels and wants to be with you for all eternity- (lol) I would just shrug it off as his female friend sees that he has an attraction to you. Don't read too much into it- unless it comes from him.
