hey there, the vagina is very sensitive especially the top bit where the clitoris is, which is where im guessing your rubbing your leg and this is why she is breathing more heavily etc. and yes a woman can definately orgasm this way. And a boy can orgasm this way too. Its called " dry humping " which basically means doing the sex moves but with clothes on and not entering her, just rubbing up against each other. hope this helps!!
