 Firstly, why are you so eager to get a boyfriend? You shouldn't be boyfriend hunting you should be enjoyinng your youth. enjoying the time you have without responibitles, stress of a relationship or stress work, college, uni or worrying about paying bills.
Plus i'm guessing your 12-14 you shouldn't be thinking about entering into a sexual relationship your so young. Never enter into a sexual relationship unless you feel completely ready and a legal age.

A girl has to be 16 in order to be able to have sex at a LEGAL AGE this is in the uk of course but the ages group varies. It is against the law if you have sex below that legal age. If you are 16 and your ready for sex make sure you use protection (safe sex. See when your looking for a boyfriend it has be someone you like that likes you back too, someone you know, and who you feel comfortable and can be yourself with. Don't rush into anything just yet, you still sound young so you have plenty of time for boyfriends and sex in the future.
