How long is a piece of string? - Calories differ on the amout of food served and the type of food served. For a one of going out and eating a meal it really does not matter how many calories there are present.
There are a number of restraunts that now do meals in conjunction with some of these diet clubs that will be able to tell you how many points are in some of the dishes they prepare. The slimming club I am thinking of has a system where you maintain an ideal weight by consuming a total of 25 points a day and gradually loose by consuming about 20. The best way would be to ask at the restraunt or when you are ordering make a poiht of ordering something that you are reasonably aware of the calorific content.
At your age - unless you are on strict diet medical guidelines I would not worry about how many calories are in anything. I would just eat regularly and healthily instead.
