Oral sex can be used as part of foreplay, when the man shouldn't ejaculate as he is being aroused before intercourse.
It can also be given as pleasure, in which case it should last until the man ejaculates, which varies from man to man and also time to time.
Some girls can find it uncomfortable and can experience some pain in their jaw or neck if it goes on for too long which also varies.
