How long should I wait to take a test again if I don't start my period?I know today is the day I should start because my periods are VERY regular and I didn't miss my ovulation day because I took ovulation tests. Can you have sex too much and cancel out anything? Can you try too hard. haha Anyways, what do you think?

Levels of hCG, the hormone that pregnancy tests use to detect pregnancy, can be relatively low during weeks 3, 4 and 5 since your last period. I would suggest taking it again in another 7 days, if that is still negative, take it again in a further 7 days. By the start of week 6 (since your last period), you should really be getting positives if you're pregnant. Still, it is possible to be pregnant and for pregnancy tests not to pick it up.
