We sat at lunch together and held hands and played soccer at night. Then about a week after camp we no longer talked. We recently began talking to him again and asked him to homecoming. We don't go to the same school and he was very surpised and has not answered me yet. I asked him yesterday and he said he had to check with work. Homecoming is on Saturday so I can't wait to long. I don't know how long to wait and if I should ask him again. I really like him and don't know what to do. Reply to this Question Share |

Hi Anonymous,
If I were you, I would plan on him not going. He sounds rude and it kind of seems like he doesn't want to go. It takes two minutes to call up his job to see what his schedule is. He should have called you the next day to let you know if he could make it or not.
By any chance, did he say that he'd like to go, but had to check with work? Or did he just say that he had to see about work? If he told you he'd like to go, then maybe you might want to ask again.
Personally I would just ask someone else or else go single. Even if you end up just going with your friends, you'll still probably have lots of fun. You might even meet someone new. :)
Have fun!
