I know its hard to be the first one to call, and it always makes you feel better when the other one calls first, but the thing is, what if hes being JUST as stubborn as you? Then nothing would ever come of it. You both would suffer silently. And I'm sure you don't want that.
If I was you, instead of wasting your own time and puting yourself through the pain of the unknown, I would call him and find out if hes serious or not. Don't put yourself through pain that you may not need to go through. Its best to get this sorted out as soon as possible. And yeah you never know how long he would take to call you. If he does want to get back with you then it could take a week, two weeks, maybe never ifh es stubborn and thinks you arent interested. But if he doesnt want to get back together then you would be waiting forever.
You need closure sometime or another. Give him a call, you will feel better no matter what the outcome is, because atleast you will have an answer. Be the bigger person here :)
