Im pretty sure my doctor said that you dont have to take it at the same time everyday, its just easier cuz it helps u to remmeber it. But then when I went to collect my medication for the pharmaist, im pretty sure she said you should take it at the same time each day. Does anyone know which is best? Its just hard for me to take it around the same time each day cause i cant take it when i get up in the morning cause that time varies, cause some days i sleep in, some i get up really early. and i cant take it before bed cuz some nights igo early, some i go late. and i cant take it around meal times cuz sometimes i dont get to eat meals at the usual times.

Taking the same time each day is just to get you in the habit of taking it everyday. If you take it when you get up then it doesn't matter what time it is you just know to take it first thing after you wake up. Some people take it just before bed then it also doesn't matter whether you go to bed at 8 pm or 1 am just gets you in the habit.

At the w/ends tho like you I sleep in but usually take it around 9.30-10am compared to 6.50-7am every other day and its working fine for me this way...

Some pills have to be taken at the same time every day. The one I used to take had a 4 hour period that was alloted for you to take it. Read the information that came with your pill or ask your doctor :)
