A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

hey

I started my period well over a year ago now and it took a while to get regular (over 6 months). It has been regular for the past couple of months except now I have missed my period and I don't understand why?

Is it ussual for a body to take this long to regulate and menstruate every 28 days routinely.

p.s i am not pregnant as I have never engaged in any sexual activity and it's not menopause (obvs!)

I was going to ask if you could be pregnant but you answered that one lol.If your worried then make an appointment to see your GP but if I was you I would give it a couple of days first and wait and see.
