DoubleM's advice is spot on. Also you might consider a little practice session in advance which will put you on less of a hair trigger.
Bear in mind that by the time you're in your 40s you'll be wishing you could get it done in less than an hour!

If you are looking for longer lasting, try de-sensitizing gels. Sounds funny-- But just a little bit and you're good to go- Try "Not Yet Dely Gel" from Adam and Eve. the description says: the desensitization helps keep you in control. It can be used for intercouse or oral sex or sex in general. Give it a try! Or try another brand. I hope it helps! =)

In my opinion, you should spend at least a half-hour with foreplay, such as kissing, hugging and warming your woman before you even think about intercourse. (check writings about foreplay) Women require more stimulation than men to be ready and result in pleasure for them. If you can please a woman with foreplay, such as cunnilingus or with G-spot massage, it matters little that you quickly climax when your girl has already been pleased.
