A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

This guy i like sent me a poke on facebook last night. I tried to send one back, but it didn't work . My internet was slow at loading at first. So then, he sent another poke about an hour later and i sent one back, and he has sent another one this morning lol. Is he flirting with me, and should i send another poke back ?. How long are we supposed to keep poking each other lol ?. He gave me his number as well, and we are on each others friends lists on facebook, and i know he finds me attractive. We haven't seen each other for a while either, and he text me once saying he missed me too.

Sounds like his interest in you is luke warm and he's leading you on and probably doing this with many girls until one of them chases after him. Seriously if he was the least bit excited about you he'd be wanting to see you. Some guys like to just flirt online.

chigirl agony auntDrop the pokes and bring this down to earth. Pokes mean nothing. If you like him, send him a message and ask to meet up, simple as it gets. Just go with the flow of things, but if you like him don't poke him, message him and talk to the man.
