He is a foreigner and he cannot get a job here 'cause to him that is nothing, compare to the USA salaries. He is as broke as I am, and I want to know how do you get money by setting a web page? I see no future and I need to make a decision now.Please,I need to know 'cause I do not know anything about that topic, thanks

Umm, you may have better luck getting advice from an entreprenuer site. However, making money by having a website about your country...I don't see that as very profitable unless you can get sponsors where you'll have ads and whatnot on your page that will pay you to have their ads on there so that people that view your page will click on the link and hopefully buy something.
I would go with a website with a different idea. You can go to wikipedia and get plenty of info on a website for free--and a lot of the time the country has its own site.
You can make good money if you figure out your niche to sell or come up with a site that people will frequently use. Otherwise, good luck.
