A female Australia age 41-50, anonymous writes:

Going back to early 2004 I was 23 and had 4 children when my husband passed away. I decided i needed a change I was living in the country at the time and found a house near the beach. I lived in that house for 6 months than a friend of mine told me there was a house for rent on acrage so i went and seen the man who owned it to see about renting it out.

He offered it to me for a high price but said if i let him stay there on weekends in the spare room than the rent would be halved. Well i didnt see the problem with that.

After 4 months of weekend bording my landlord asked if i would mind him bording there full time in the spare room he would pay half the bills. Over that period of time we became close friends i could talk to him about anything. By late 2005 he asked for the kids and I to go out for tea with him. He had already pre booked our table and there was a Card in the middle of the table which said.

(MY NAME) your smile lights up the room

your eyes glow like the moon

we have become so very close

so from my heart i give you this rose

Your laugh makes me smile

your crys give me tears

i want to hold your hand

for many many years

I wont say that i will take away your pain

I will say i will be your umberella for the rain

I will be a shoulder for you to cry on

I will be the lyrics to your favourite song

I want to walk along the sand with you

I hope you feel the same way to.

All my Love (HIS NAME)

Well after reading that i was swept off my feet.

We are still together and going strong. You should see peoples faces when we are asked how we met and we tell them. PRICELESS

It's so nice to hear your story and to know that there is a happy ending from any sadness or up evil.

Have a Happy life together as a family.

I am sure that your belated husband would be proud of you for coping the way you have and he will be watching you with smiles and wishing you the very best. As you deserve.

God Bless you and your family.
