One answer was from someone that had the same problem. Their advice was to slowly, over time, gently pull the foreskin back and it should naturally become looser and finally come back to reveal the whole penis.
If this doesn't work for you, you could pursue seeing a specialist but hopefully the former advice will work out for you. Good luck with the foreskin pulling! :)

reader, anonymous, writes (8 June 2006): Depending on your age you should be able to uncover the entire head of your penis. You may have a condition which may require circumcision. I had the same condition as a kid and by time I hit my teens myself bedroom past times (ahem) had loosened it out...use a cream or lube and see how far it will go without hurting you..if it feels bad ..go see a Doc...
