My friend asked me after she finished with her bf. She said she freaked out as she really felt for him and now wants another go. Not sure what to say to her really

Do you really feel that you made a mistake, or is it that you're afraid of being single? Why did you dump this person? I would take those questions into consideration. Before you consider trying to get them back, you need to look at it from their standpoint. Ask around, and figure out where they are in their life. For all you know, they're better off. Having you come back into their life could potentially bring unneeded emotional baggage into this person's life. Remember, when people get dumped, they move on, they grow, and they change.

As the saying goes, you appreciate how much you like/love someone untill they have gone. All you can do is arrange to meet him and explain that you made a terrible mistake and that you should never have ended the relationship.
Hope it goes well x
