Sweetie there is no set rules against foreplay. You do what makes you both comfortable, never do anything that you don't want to in order to please the other person. Make sure you are both relaxed and in the mood. Light some candles. Make sure you have protection. Take things slow and don't expect to much from your first time. Remember it does not need to end in sex just do whatever you are comfortable with

I know you may not need this, but please always use condoms, get STD checks together and get on birth control, waiting until the doctor says it will have kicked in (can take a couple of months).
As for foreplay, you don't need to go straight from foreplay to sex - sometimes it takes a few sessions of getting to know each other's bodies and what works, then it just flows on to sex. The main thing is to take your time and learn as you go. It will feel right, but part of the fun is in it not going to plan and things being a little funny.
