I guess you could tell if someone is good by whether or not they have a good rythm while they do it and if they know how to please you well.
'Moves' would be what they do to get you into the mood and once you are in the mood keep you there.

 every person is totally diffrent when it comes to sexual intercourse people have there own image of what thier first time will be like. I think there is no rule what moves to do in sex and it will come to you naturally what to do when you think its time to have sex. just relax as you want your first time to be amazing with the right person and if your all nervous then you will panic etc. Stop worrying about it everything will fall into place when it happens. And remember always where protection good luck x
