If you feel totally comfortable and in teh moment, and you still have issues, it could be stress. It could also be a medical condition, so maybe you should get checked out. I am 42, so if that happened to me, I would pretty much chalk it up to age, but for you, I'm sure it is just stress or a lack of sexual excitement at that moment. Also, if you masturbate a lot, it can "desensitize" you to some degree, which may be adding to the problem. If you look at porn a lot, it can dull your thoughts during "real" sex.
But to answer your question...take the pressure off penetration. Do more foreplay. Get over-the-top aroused so there is no question you are fully erect and ready.
I have the problem you are having on occasion with new partners. It goes away as I get more familiar with them and anticipate how good it feels in their vagina.
