If they are really interested in you they will want to spend time getting to know you and doing things with you that don't involve sex. They will respect you if you respect yourself. Don't be pressured. If a guy keeps pressuring you even after you have said no then dump them and move on. When you decide that you are ready make sure your partner wears a condom, no exceptions.

 Make them wait! Any guy who actually likes you will wait until you are ready, the sooner a girl "puts out" the less respect we( guys) have.
I have been in a situation where I liked a girl for a long time and eventually asked her out and we slept together very soon afterwards and it really put me off her as she seemed easy, as I would have been willing to wait.
All boy/men want sex, as soon as possible because we a hormonal idiots, but for us to respect you is for you to show self respect, don't rush into anything and you will be fine.
Also make sure when the time is right, he wears a condom! No excuses.
