all it takes is a huge amount off bottle. i remember when i held hands with my first girlfriend, i got such a huge adrenalin rush leading up to doing it. its hard i know, but just do it. u'll know when the time is right. making the first move is probably just a nerveracking thought for them as well as you and if you are going to make it, just make sure u appear relaxed when you do it and then your girl will respond in likeness.
