Huh? Old? 30? Yeah, right, that's ancient for sure.
But really, even though you're still just a spring chicken, I understand and even recall approaching my 30s more than 30 years ago. You have to cope with all these stages in life with humor, humility, appreciation, understanding and realization. For instance, you have to realize that you're not alone in the boat; understand that that you are getting smarter, more wise and experienced; be happy that you have survived this long and laugh about it all. And true, it makes you a little more humble because you are no longer the youngest and prettiest honey walking around, but you've still got most of the female population beat. Above all, face it with a smile - that way people will wonder what you're thinking. LOL

The only thing you can do is be the best you can be at the age you are! I stopped thinking about it when I was getting close to my 50th birthday. What could I do? It happens to everyone. There's only one alternative to getting old...and that's no fun! Being depressed about it, is just going to age you more. So, just enjoy who you are and be the best you can be!!
