How do we get around the lack of intimacy?

I'm 21 and have been with my fiance, 26, for over three years now. We have a loving, open relationship and are generally very happy together. We've been through a lot together and it's made us stronger. However, we don't live together, and it is tricky for us both to have sex unless one of our parents is away. This obviously is a strain on our relationship and I'm worried if he will start to sleep with someone else if this continues. We're trying to rent a flat but I'm not 100% sure if we can afford it and the lack of intimacy is a big issue. How do we get around this?
