He seems like someone who takes care of their body, he's a vegan, in really good shape, etc. But he could always be trying to make up for something. Anyway, I've seen no signs of having anything but I know sometimes there are none and I have to wait 2wks before getting tested to make sure, but I was just wondering, in the chance that I did catch something and had sex with someone else, would I pass it on?? Are STD's something you get instantly upon contact and spread instantly?

Anyone can have a STD..it's not just the prostitutes. People also lie about being recently tested. When in reality they haven't been tested in years and have already had quite a bit of unprotected sex.
Yes, you can spread it sexually..just like that. Then that partner spreads it to the next person they have sex with and so on.
There's quite a few silent STDs. Those you won't see symptoms for at all, or even later down the road.
It's best to get tested just to ensure you are clear and always have protected sex.
