Like domo kun said about his girlfriend, I often get men making remarks about what I'm wearing and I get a lot of blond comments, many men seem to just see me as an object which upsets me alot, but it makes my boyfriend VERY angry and he has got into loads of arguments about it.
So to answer your question it doesn't turn my boyfriend on in the slightest he detests it.

 I guess it would depend on the guy and the other guy looking. For example some may feel jealousy others may see it as wow factor.
A lot of guys (me included) would be jealous if another guy takes interest in their girlfriend especially if the relationship is new and the trust is not built up yet.
Incidentally I don’t feel this way now because I have that trust in my girlfriend so its not an issue anymore.
