Once you hit a certain age, say above thirty, men will automatically think you have a lot of heavy mileage on you if you have sex too soon and won't want you for anything else. Double standard but good luck trying to change how all men think.

 You just stop. If you have been in a casual, sex based relationship, you just continue with your life with the "something more".
When the "casual" guy calls you up looking for his needs to be met you just say you are busy. You owe him no further explanations.
Learn to say no and feel great about it.
