I still like this guy and he gets upset sometimes cause one night we were all hanging out i hook up with other guys and stuff.

The guy i like doesn't care but then he knows my friend doesn't like him and thinks he is using me which he isn't actually me and him discussed it and he was really upset almost crying really because my friend wants me to go out with someone else, her boyfriend's friend. So this one night she was pretty drunk we all were and whenever she would see me and him together she would say she was dissapointed and how she needed to talk to me later. I hated it and so did this guy he got really upset over it. Me and him have gotten to like each other a lot. We've been hooking up for about 6 months now. How do i tell the guy i like to just ignore her cause i only love him and she's not going to stop me from liking him?
