I think Kenny's solution is about the only one that can happen. The thing is, if you are truly in love and she's 25 while you're only 16, you'd either have to be REALLY mature for your age or she's really immature. Since you would probably have a lot more maturing to do, this might affect things later down the line.

I really think that the best thing you can do is be open and honest and tell your parents that you are in love with a 25 year old woman and just let the chips fall where they may. Pick an appropriate time to tell them, but do tell them and don't go on behind their back, the longer you leave it the harder it will get.
