 Slowwww down :P, best thing to do would be to say take her out somewhere, weather its a meal or whatever you both like to do, then at the end of the evening, tell her. Personally i wouldnt go overboard because she might get a bit overwhealmed ;), but seriously, if you do love her, tell her, its one of those things that just needs to be told, but told in the right way at the right time. So plan out an evening, plan when your gonna say it, plan what your gonna say, and above all, be confident when doing it. Good luck :)
