I have gotton myself into a situation at work where me and a coworker have become interested in each other, well I am really into him and he says the same although we only kiss when he is around and it seems just to be a work thing, how can I change the situation by getting him to take it out of work? I asked him out once before and he didn't reply.

Unless he's willing to meet you out of work, he's not worth persuing because he's not interested in anything but using you for a kiss here and there. You need to ask him to meet outside of work, and if he says no, then end it. Also, are you sure he's single? Maybe he can't meet you after work because he's with someone else?
