How do I stop starving myself after split from boyfriend?

Umm right here goes..its taken alot of courage for me to say this so PLEASE be nice :) Well i think i might be starving myself. i have no idea what im doing. im 15, and 5ft 2. i weigh 6.5 stone..but i have size 32D boobs :S recently i have split up from a 7 month relationship and havnt takn it very well! i have also fallen out with alot of the girls in my year at school. I just dont eat anymore. i dont eat breakfast in the morning, dont eat anything at school, then barely touch my dinner! im scared. But if i try and eat, something comes over me and i stop myself. I also am comparing myself to this one girl, who is lovely and skinny. but now i think ive actually gone to far!

Sounds like you are super anorexic. I have been there and still always watch my weight, but when I get really stressed, I find I sometimes starve myself as a form of self-control. It is the one thing I can control, even if it is unhealthy. You need to come to grasps with your stress and start eating a healthy breakfast, and then add little bits for lunch and dinner, even if you have to force yourself. You will be better off in the long run and be healthier and happier.

If I converted right, then you are bordering on being too thin but still in the healthy range.

Do you see yourselve as being too fat, because right now you seem to still be safe.

One good thing is that your breasts are still large, if they haven't started to shrink then you still got enough fat reserves. You are pushing it, but not yet in danger.

Killer signals are "you still see areas of fat on your body that need to go" when there aren't any.

Another is "I throw up or try to make myself sick"

The fact that you can ask here is also a plus point. People with anorexia are often in denial.

Since you are willing to ask for help, talk to a doctor, it never hurts to have a check up. Talk to your parents if you can so they know what is going on.

You are on the treshhold, loose anymore weight and it will start to affect your health.

We all go through pain and a heartache can easily upset your appetite, but you need to get over this. If you talk to your parents they can make sure you eat your meal. If you can't eat a lot, go for healthy food. Calories are less important then nutrients.

OMG girl you need to get some help !!! I know when you get broken up with it's not easy and your sad and you don't feel like eating but you need to anyway. You will get very sick if you don't . And you may have an eatign disorder . comparing yourself all the time to other people isn't heathly honey . take a look at yourself in the mirror and look at all the stuff you like about yourself and what no body else has . And maybe this girl is pretty on the outside but ask yourself is this girl pretty on the inside too???
