How do I stop obsessing over my ex?

How do I stop obsessing over my ex? We split a year ago, I'm with someone new and am very happy in my life. My ex and I split on ba terms and have not spoken since the day he left me. My problem is this; he's in the public eye and although I wouldn't say he'd particularly well known, he is a sort of local celebrity. He's always in the papers and has a facebook page set up about him. His twitter, instagram etc are all publicly viewable and I physically cannot stop myself looking at what he's up to. I go through a stage of maybe a week or two where I won't look, then something will come up maybe in the local paper and I'll look at it all. When we first split the things I'd see would hurt me, like when he was flirting with women etc. While it still upsets me a little bit, it doesn't tear me apart like it used to. I don't want to have this ridiculous obsession, I really don't, but I don't know how to stop! I just don't have the willpower not to look and it's driving me mad.
