I'm always being funny with him, how can i avoid it specially when were going out. I want to change, i am a very jealous person and i'm scared that will be the reason for him to leave me.

You will have to analyse yourself and ask yourself why do I do that. If you work on it enough, you might get the answer, you might realize why your doing it. Asking your mom or siblings might help, being that they know you best.
It appears to be that when a person is jealous, it is because that want the same for themselves. Certain things they see or hear trigger buttons of needs you have but don't feel you get to your satisfaction.
It is good your aware of your behavior, and hopefully you can figure it out before it has an adverse affect on your mate.
Good luck!
