Do it bit by bit gradually stop adoring them take it down a pg then a bit more go out and about and suddenly you will say who?????

 It is quite normal to have a teen celebrity crush. You are still only young so I wouldn't worry to much about it effecting you having a relationship, as it is obvious you are just not ready for one yet.
The only way you can calm this down is to stop doing your research on him. Don't look him up on the internet or have any pictures of him. By doing this he will slowly disappear from your thoughts, avoid everything that has him on it, if you feel an urge to check what the latest is on him or to look at a photo then distract yourself by doing something else.
