Keep drinking water and cranberry juice which will flush out your body. Always wee when you first need a wee, its important not to hold it in. Thats about it and i always feel alot better as it prevents bv for me.

If you have a sexual partner, they need to be treated for the infection as well, or you can be reinfected during sex.
If you haven't already, you may want to talk to your doctor about having a specimen sent to a lab to be cultured so the exact organism that is causing the infection can be identified and perhaps a different antibiotic can be used.
Next, if you are going from BV to thrush, is the BV returning after you treat the thrush? If it is, you may want to talk to your doctor about NOT taking meds while the bacteria and yeast balance out.
