A reader, anonymous, writes (5 January 2009):

Would he be open to a (christian) marriage retreat? Some men think their marriage is just fine, (even when we Tell them a problem) but need to hear from another person if they're neglecting their wife. Or, how about planning a night together and letting him know ahead of time...Or suprising him with a candle light dinner at home? They have to eat right?:) You'll have all his attention and he'll see the effort you made for this time special with him, alone.
