there are few things that I can say with knowledge about on this topic. that typically women around 18-25 do not necessarily have orgasms at all. typically as a woman becomes a little older than 25 will she achieve orgasms. yes there are exceptions to this.
to the best of my knowledge, the best way to deliver an orgasm would be to give her oral sex. tongue and fingers would work. and g1605 is correct not many women get orgasms from penetration. they're anatomy is a lot different than a male's anatomy.
