He is also 15. They're both in the year below me at school. I'm not saying anything about their decision to keep the child because it's completely their choice. Two things:
1) Never, ever respond to a request for life-long commitment if it's given by text. If she really wants you to be Godmother to her child, she can ask in person.
2) Among other things, a Godparent promises to be responsible for the child if anything should happen to the parent. Are you really ready for that kind of commitment?
In all likelihood, your friend is in the middle of a series of stupid decisions, and could really use your advice (or maybe just a listening ear), but I would be wary of making any solid commitment to helping her until she's started using her brain.
