reader, anonymous, writes (29 December 2011): A DNA test is the only way to prove it to him, it's best to wait until it is born. Make sure you tell him you will give him a DNA test when the baby is born. In future don't snoop, it is wrong to snoop, but cheating is far worse. Good Luck

 YOU were wrong because YOU CAUGHT him CHEATING... yeah looking at his phone is wrong but you must have had a reason for doing it.
I do not know of anything you can do prior to birth to prove he is the father. I would not risk the baby with a pre-birth test such as amnio if not needed.
Just make sure he knows when the baby is born you will have a DNA test and he needs to submit his DNA for proof of paternity.
