We went on a date and then only talked for a few weeks because of his work schedule, but then last week I went by him and we cuddled and after that he seemed to become really busy. I don’t know if it is just happened by chance or he is B.Sing me. We were supposed to go out tonight but since it was becoming a big project on figuring out if we were going out I canceled the plans.  Don't "play" hard to get, just live your life and do your own thing, don't sit around and wait by the phone.
If you really want to get to know him, who not ask him out for a movie? If he is full of excuses, then you know that he just isn't that interested.
