Hi,
First off let me say- welcome to the adolescent male club- congratulations on joining.
The bad news is it sucks.
When I was your age (god, typing that makes me feel old) I was all over the place emotionally.
It’s one of my least favourite memories from puberty, I hated it.
Saying that- try not to worry about it, its bad now- but it gets better.
I used to go from angry to sad to happy to depressed 9 or 10 times a day from when I was 15 to 17.
And it’s all thanks to hormonal changes.
It sucks- but it passes.
I found listening to music helped me the most.
For you it might be sport, or films, or video games or... well anything- try lots of different things to see what helps mellow you out.
People aren’t trying to make you miserable- it’s just the way you’re preserving it - try not to let it worry you - it stops eventually.
Try to think positively and find some way to vent out all you’re frustrations.
Good Luck
