How do I stop myself falling for someone too early - I am prone too being too eager but I do feel its best to keep a slight distance for a couple of months until you get to know someone and its also good to keep some mystery. But how to i stop myself getting too involved too quickly and getting hurt?

Wendyg agony auntIts often pretty difficult when we like someone to act blaze about it. Try to just take each day as it comes, be more relaxed about responding to texts and phone calls and things like that, do things that take your mind of it until you feel you can really let go. Make sure that other things in your life dont slip because you meet someone new, keeping your hand in at something else will give you other things to focus on whilst at the same time enjoying the start of a new relationship. Trounle is when we like someone its hard to switch it off, but just be a little distant and try not to appear over eager and hopefully things will plod along freely.
