Me being oblivious as always hadn't noticed it. My friends tell me that it's possible that she's shy and won't send me any obvious signals that's she's interested in me.Problem is I'm fairly shy myself, haven't even found the nerve to ask for her phone number, I've been out of the relationship game for quite a while so I'm not sure how to handle this. Just to be clear, I am interested in her aswell, but I've been told that if I don't make a move nothing is going to happen. So my question is: How do I make my move?

Look girls love it when a man chases for something he wants (good actions of course). Go be a man and talk to her and then if things go well ask her if she would like to go to lunch or dinner and in that moment you get her number so that she can contact you or vise versa. But you gotta be smooth and confident (but not too overly confident) when asking for her number or possible date.
BE THE MAN YOU ARE
GOOD LUCK MAN HOPE I HELPED.....REMEMBER SMOOTH AND CONFIDENT
