He has told me he played other girls before me but I am different. Would a player stay around for this long? Should trust him? xoxo help :(

A player would tell you what he knows you want to hear, i.e. you're different than all the others and that he changed for you. This is how they play girls and get a reputation. You haven't even been dating him consistently, that alone should be a huge clue he's not taking the relationship seriously.

You cannot reform a player, he can only reform himself - and that doesn't happen often. I'd be willing to bet good money that he told the last girl she was different, too.The on and off dating is an especially bad sign. Odds are good the "off" times came when he found another girl who was willing to put out more/sooner. Patience is only an issue for continuous dating - players have little patience, but with breaks they can fake it pretty well.Break it off before you get used.
