As anon stated guys can cum within a few seconds after penetration (in fact I had an ex who sometimes came before he even got in me, he was that excited). You stated that your ex was still hard when he pulled out -- that is normal. Guys don't ususally get soft for a few seconds/minutes after cumming, if at all. You can't always feel cum inside of you so you won't necessarily feel it "leak", and if you are still wet then it's impossible to tell which liquids are yours and which are his.
If you are concerned about pregnancy then get the after morning pill ASAP. And next time be more responsible.

Male Anon is right on the money.
Go get the pill and next time use condoms and then the worry will be gone.
All the best

You simply cannot know, remember, you were drunk.
Guys can come in a few seconds after penetration occurs, really, a few seconds.
