We tried going on a date after but it didn't work out, so we decided on a more of a friends with benefits situation (more my decision than his) and slept together again. It's been almost 2 weeks and I would like to get it on again but I'm not sure how to ask...should I go casual and invite him over to watch a movie, or a little more flirty and send him a sexier message to try and entice him to plan our next encounter. What should I do?

It tells me he just had a one night stand with you. He is not interested in a relationship or having any more sex with you.
He got what he wanted.
And moved on.
If he wanted more sex, believe you me, he would have been knocking on your door by now.

 Are you really SURE he wants something casual?
I think if he was "after" just casual sex he might have "hit you up" for another roll in the hay.
You could try and invite him over, but one thing you have to remember is CONSENT - he may not really be looking for casual sex even if it was good sex.
