We agreed we didn't want to date anyone else and she told me if there was to be another chance we would have to start all over, friends first, but the "I love yous" and gentle talk was still there. About a week ago she met this new friend and I noticed some distance in her. I haven't heard from her in a day, and the last thing I knew she was going to this new friend's birthday dinner where she text me "thinking of you xoxoxxo". She's coming to visit in a week and have had talks about her moving to where I am.... but my question is how do I handle this? I feel she may be seeing this "new friend" but I don't feel I have the right any more to ask what's going on, and don't want to come off smothering her. Help?
