 Hi Anon, If your casually just seeing this guy for just maybe the odd date or sex and you have started to have feelings for him and want to take things further i.e commitment..then having a talk to him would be the best bet..my advise would be to ask him how he feels about the relationship and how he feels about you..does he like things the way they are or would he like to get more serious..once he answares you on that question your know where you stand with him..then you could start by telling him how you feel and that you don't want your relationship to be casual nomore because you have feelings for him...
